Scryptic v1.2

Scryptic now includes proper support for superscript ordinal indicators (small, elevated letters sometimes used in expressions like "1st", "2nd", "1er", "2.os", "4ú"). An incomplete set was available in v1.1, but wasn't announced in the guide. I also removed the "required ligatures" font feature, as it didn't serve any practical purpose.
