v1.3 upgrade!

LilMrkr v1.3 adds a range of new glyphs and features, as well as a major pricing change!

Glyph changes:

• LilMrkr now has a proper lowercase, rather than one defined by doubling up upper- and lowercase unicode (among other things, this fixes the eszett substitution).
• added Greenlandic k/kra (as all LilMrkr glyphs use uppercase letterforms, the lowercase kra takes the form of capital Kra, i.e. K followed by apostrophe) (ĸ).
• added numero (№).
• added minus (−).
• added left/right single and double quotes and changed the baseline quotes to match the right quotes instead of regular quotes. (“, ”, ‘, and ’)
• added ASCII tilde (~).
• removed short combining slash ( ̷ ).

New features:

• stylistic set 12 (ss12) converts 0 to 6 into pipped dice! This affects all variants of these numbers.
• stylistic set 13 (ss13) converts 1 to 6 into dice-less pips! This affects all variants of these numbers.
• stylistic set 14 (ss14) converts poker suits and ace/face ranks to icons in the same way as in Dicier:
  • suits: HEARTS, DIAMONDS, CLUBS, and SPADES.
  • ranks: ACE, JACK, QUEEN, KING.

Pricing changes:

• there's no longer a free demo (1 variant per character), but...
• ...LilMrkr Regular (3 variants per character) is now free!
• ...LilMrkr Extra (12 variants per character) is now $5!
