Minor fix

I'm calling this a minor fix because it's basically trivial—for dingbat fonts.

So, I'm working on a slightly updated font guide and I discovered that the unicode values for all of the punctuation in hOwdy-Smooth-Irregular were off by one glyph. The face the font should've made when you hit period showed up when you hit comma; the face it should've made when you hit comma showed up when you hit colon; etc.  This isn't really a problem considering hOwdy is a dingbat font, i.e. it's just a bunch of symbols with no connection needed between what you type in and what the font spits out, which is also why it went undiscovered for so long.

Anyway, that's fixed now.
